Our country cottage is very cozy and comfortable. It does NOT have wifi. It has 2 bedrooms both with queen size beds the couch in the livingroom opens to a queen size bed and there is a twin rollaway in the closet and newly added 2 gorgeous hand made single daybeds in the sunroom for extra sleeping if needed. and its less then a mile from the beautiful Seneca Lake and has everything you will need for a weekend getaway or a week vacation. All you need to do is pack a bag and stop for food. If you enjoy hiking boating kayaking swimming fishing in the summer. fall at our cottage is beautiful with all the leaves and trees changing colors or in the winter if your a hunter we are surrounded by public hunting grounds or you could do some ice fishing on the lake the list can go on and on. Monroe County has a Patchwork Jewels Quilt Barn driving tour and the Covered Bridge Scenic Byway along State Route 26 is only a few miles away. This drive is absolutely beautiful in the fall! Small lake house off of marina road by Piedmont Lake, Ohio available for weekly or weekend rental. The cabin is on a quiet gravel road just off of the main road to the marina, and once in the yard it’s as though you are in a world of your own. The cabin has 2 bedrooms(2 twins each), full kitchen, large living area with 2 pull out couches and a futon, and 1 bathroom. The large lot has a pavilion, charcoal grill, and spot for a camp fire. Just a short 1/4 mile drive to the boat ramp, or just cross the street to public hunting land with miles of hiking available. Close enough to clendening, salt fork, and tappan lake to stay here; and trailer your boat to a different lake each day. Piedmont has great fishing, and the marina rents pontoon boats, fishing boats, and kayaks. With a 10hp limit piedmont is enjoyable on a kayak, paddle board or, canoe since you don’t have to worry about large wakes. There is a few who bring out their sail boats, but it isn’t for beginners due to all the coves and turns changing wind directions. The fishing at piedmont is some of the best in the state, and holds the Musky record still. I enjoy cat fishing the most, and the kids love catching bluegill and saugeye. With fishing as good as it is, often you see the bald eagles and osprey doing the same. Please note that this is a fishing/hunting cabin and as such it does have some minor issues. It is by no means a five star resort, so please plan accordingly. The cabin does operate off of a well, so water conservation is often required. There is a well manager system that displays a light if water is getting low, so guests can conserve accordingly. Summary: Escape the chaos of everyday life and discover a relaxing getaway close to the river! Our campsite is located on just over five acres of land. The front of the property overlooks the Muskingum River and the larger back portion is wooded. There are neighbors, but plenty of space. There is also plenty of room to investigate the scenic woods and search for wild critters. Please note: There is an empty trailer about 100 yards away that will be removed within the coming months. The Space: Relax under the stars and adventure on the river! Guest Access: This is an exclusive Tentrr Signature campsite. Tentrr partners with farmers, ranchers, and other property owners to offer unique outdoor accommodations on beautiful private land. Our campsites are off-the-grid which means they generally do not have access to electricity, wifi, or modern plumbing. Instead, they offer the chance to relax, unplug, and fully experience nature! You'll have the entire campsite to yourself, as you'll be the only Campers enjoying this piece of paradise. Each campsite includes a 10'x12' safari-style canvas tent on a raised platform, and you'll find one queen bed or a queen-size bunk bed inside (each site is different, see photos for the exact setup). Larger groups can also use the extra 5-person pop-up dome tent that’s provided (you’re welcome to bring your own camping gear too). You'll also have a 6-ft picnic table, outdoor fire pit, 2 Tentrr Adirondack chairs, and a heating source to keep you warm and toasty at night. Line the bucket with a CleanWaste bag supplied at the camp (or another appropriate plastic bag) prior to use. Afterwards, simply tie the bag up and place it in a trash bag. We got this idea from bathrooms used on NASA spaceships, and we've used the Tentrr Loo countless times ourselves- don't worry! Showers: Every Signature campsite comes with a Coleman Sun Shower. The sun shower has a reservoir that holds up to 5 gallons of water, potentially enough for multiple showers. It's constructed of heat-locking material that warms the water when it's left in the sun, even on cool days. Tentrr Extras: These are other amenities, services, or activities that may be provided by your CampKeeper for an additional fee. Please let us know in advance if you'd like to add these to your booking so that we can process payment. Other Things to Note: At this time, Muskingum River Glamping would like to encourage guests to use extreme caution when getting close to the river. While the property is secure, to view the river, guests would have to cross a highway and scale down less than desirable terrain. However, the river can be heard from the campsite and the stars are often easy to view. Campers with pets should be cautious of the neighbor's dog. She is harmless and missing one leg but might attract pets to follow her into more dangerous situations.

Situated on 8 acres, centered in the Marietta Unit of Wayne National Forest, this 4,000 sq ft lodge-style custom log home is the ultimate forest getaway! Guests have access to 63,000 acres of national forest land with 80 miles of mountain biking and hiking trails, public hunting and the newly constructed USFS Frontier Boat Launch. Wayne National Forest is also home to endless paved and gravel roads ideal for cycling as well as auto and motorcycle touring. Located in one of the darkest areas in the county, the large deck is perfect for star gazing and over looking the small stream that runs through the front yard. The vaulted ceilings and giant windows allow you to enjoy the wooded surroundings while indoors. The large, level lawn is great for outdoor games and the downstairs game room with pool table, dart board and jukebox is perfect for indoor fun! The lofted master bedroom overlooks the great room with a king size bed, private balcony, jacuzzi tub, shower and dual vanities. The bedroom on the main floor has easy access to the living room, kitchen, great room and deck with a queen size bed and direct access to a full bath. The downstairs bedroom has direct access to the game room with french doors accessing the outdoor patio. This bedroom also has a queen size bed with a full bathroom next door. We provide towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner and hair blow-dryer. Welcome to the forest- the home does not have internet and cell phones do not work at the house but you can sometimes get service by driving to a nearby hilltop. This is a great opportunity to unplug! Direct TV is available on the living room television. The downstairs television is for DVD's only. There are several DVD's available on-site and local stores have rentals. The house has a landline phone for necessary calls. The driveway has a small bridge over the creek before reaching the house. The bridge is fairly narrow so please be careful when crossing. Large vehicles may want to avoid crossing the bridge as space for turning around on the other side is limited. There is plenty of parking along the driveway before crossing the bridge. If you are traveling with a boat (or any trailer) we suggest parking in the large gravel pull-off on the left before entering the driveway. We have several walnut trees on the property. These trees shed walnuts in the fall. To avoid damage to your vehicle be sure not to park under one! The house has well water that is suitable for showering and washing dishes. Because of the well water's taste, bottled water is provided for drinking and cooking. No smoking and no pets please. The road accessing the home is totally paved and local stores and restaurants are a quick 15 minute drive away in New Matamoras or Newport/Saint Marys. Additional shopping and restaurant options can be found 30 minutes away in Historic Downtown Marietta. Pricing is based on 6 person occupancy. We have couches and air mattresses with extra sheets and pillows. Additional guests permitted at $25 per person. Check-in time is 4pm. If you want to come sooner this can sometimes be arranged. The property is 140+ acres and the cabins are not in view of one another. It is possible for those in good physical shape to walk to each site, however it is recommended to use a vehicle to travel between the two sites. Rental of the Rustic Luxury Retreat is for the use of BOTH Coshocton Crest Lodge and Stone Lake Lodge as well as all of the communal areas on the 140 acre property. You will not be sharing this with any other outside party. The total guest amount for the Rustic Luxury Retreat is 28 people. We do not allow parties, weddings, or other events and we do not allow outside guests. Please review our rental agreement for more information.

Please Note: Very occasionally, the owners of the property travel down from Michigan to stay at the Mobile Home to do necessary maintenance work to keep the property (including the Cottage) up-to-date. The Mobile Home is over 200 feet from the Cottage and there is a tall privacy fence about 25 feet from the Cottage (and the sitting area). The Mobile Home is tucked away, and the property owners assure complete privacy for their guests.

This rv is definitely home away from home. RV is set-up and fully stocked at a campground on the Muskingum River in Historical Marietta Ohio. All you need to bring is your clothes, food and toiletries we provide the rest such as linens, bath towels, kitchen wares, small appliances, outdoor patio table, chairs, firepit and grill. When you arrive and walk into this rv you'll find it to be spacious and inviting with plenty of room to stretch out. The campground is family owned and very friendly it offers many amenities such as a shower house, playground, basketball court, horseshoes, cornhole and a boat ramp so bring your boat, kayaks, jet skis etc. the campground is relatively small with around 50 rvs. The campground is just 2 miles from Historical Downtown Marietta Ohio which offers history, quaint shops, restaurants, a walking and bicycle path and if you like to swim the aquatic center.

The cabin is located at the back of our orchard, overlooking the pond and vineyard. Watch the deer from the hot tub on the front deck, or enjoy a quite night of star gazing. We are a couples retreat, a family escape , or a place for friends to gather and recharge. We are located 20 minutes from nearby restaurants. Towels and bed linens are provided. The Wilds, Dillon State Park, antiquing and pottery shops are nearby. Hunters welcome. You may fish in the pond, on a catch and release basis. 1 night stays are available Sun-Thursday. Along with the 2 queen beds in the bedrooms, we have a full size futon in the loft, a twin roll away and a cot.
